Mango Pudding 芒果布丁

（May 15: 今天帖什麼好？就帖這個吧！好像很久都沒有帖母親大人的 '作品' 了～ 哈哈～）This is one of Mom's famous dessert and she always make this for me and her friends.  This mango pudding is easy to make and its very delicious, only takes approximately 20 minutes to make it.  It's also a good dessert after dinner or so.  =)  My husband doesn't eat dessert much but he loves eating this and he can eat half of it in a roll by himself!!  I should learn how to make this too but neh....I'm just too lazy to make it.  Dicing the mango and dumped it into the jello...I'd rather just eat the mango itself!  Hahahah!! 

Ingredients:

Mango                      4 pcs               Cold Water                          2 cups               Boiling Water     2 cups
Evaporated Milk      1 can                Mango flav. jello powder    3 boxes

Mom usually use this Robertsons brand.

Instead of 4 mangoes, Mom has used 3 mangoes here.

Peel and dice mangoes.

Done.

Place jello powder in a large bowl.

Add boiling water....

Stir until melted first.

Then add cold water, allow it to cool.

Add evaporated milk and stir well.

Add mango pieces in jello.  Mix well and pour into pudding mould.

Place in refrigerator for about 4 hours.

Done.
